Roles & Responsibilities:
Aggressively achieving the sales target and should be capable for selling residential properties.
Conducting sales calls and cold calls for closing the leads and pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.
Scheduling and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure.
Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of Operations.
Maintaining good relationship with customer’s pre and post sales.
Handles post sales process i.e. preparing agreements, formalities required for registration of the agreements, generates demand letter, NOCs required by banks, etc.
Creates database of existing clients as well as new client to send e-mail and cold calling about new and ongoing projects.

Experience: 1 -4 years (Real estate preferred)
Education: Any graduate

Professional Requirements:
Must require hands-on experience in B2C Real Estate direct sales / Residential sales of minimum of 1-4 years.
Should be able to assess client requirements’ and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities
Saturday & Sundays are working. Tuesday is week off. Flexible in timings is must.
